Help

I am guardian of my cousin, and the reason being is because her son exploited her financially. He caused her to lose both her houses, but when I allow her to talk to him supervised per the courts. She makes me the bad guy and she get really agitated after the call. He left her living in a house full of bed bugs, and to walk the dark roads at night. Found in a pool of blood due to her falling, starved her, and she still wants to side with her adopted son and act so unhappy on the phone with him. Then she doesn’t hear from him in another month and during that waiting period she is fine. WHAT DO I DO AS HER GUARDIAN TO STOP THE MADNESS OF HER ACTING OUT WHEN SHE HEARS HIS VOIC
