Caring Long-Distance

Hello! I wanted to make this group as a place to share tips about caring long-distance. I have been helping to care for my undiagnosed (I don't know how) grandmother for 5 years, and live 125 miles away from her. Any tips would be much appreciated. Feel free to join—it's a public group
