They have an AI That pretty much answers any question you have also Alzheimer's association will help you set up an action plan and they give you the links to the resources to help you do the things you need. I think the most important thing that I found is being able to talk about I think the most important thing that I found is being able to talk about what's going on and I talk to my daughter who lives with us and she's a big help. My husband also Gets very anxious When I am out of the house. One thing I'm doing is getting bracelets that all he has to do is touch and mine will vibrate and light up so I can contact him immediately. But you have to make sure that you can find some time for yourself Even if it's 5 minutes in the bathroom deep breathing and thinking about what you're feeling and making sure that You are Centered and calm so you can help him be centered and calm I know it's difficult I Deal with it every day. I never leave the house without telling him I love him and him telling me be careful And I say I love you husband and he says I love you wife and it makes us both smile. And how I treasure those smiles now Because of the normal flat affect his face usually has They give me hope god blessing to me every time he smiles.
