    I found a neurologist whose specialty was memory care. She was a godsend. Her office also provide a social worker from Alzheimer’s Association to meet with the family during my husband’s appointments.

    I agree. Have your doctor prescribe a MRI first. Depending on the results of that, the doctor may prescribe a PET scan. That's how I got diagnosed

    I would think that you need an MRI, & Pet scan along with other testing. Those are the test I had before being diagnosed.
