DH has been on memantine for 6 years no side effects and VD has progressed slowly. Not sure if it’s the med or not. I often wonder if any of these dementia drugs really help4 -

Heart breaking. One member posted years ago that she often had to leave the room/house and come back in as herself. You might give it a try.6
