Since he won't let you go anywhere alone, perhaps you can make an appointment with your own doctor, but have your doctor covertly evaluate him instead.2 -

I totally agree with Howhale and CindyBum. This is one thing that makes my DW smile and happy. Let them enjoy one of their last joys. I also read that the last tastebud to go is sweets.4 -
