How to get mom to a Geriatrician?

Mom refuses to go forward with visiting a Geriatrician nor follow up with two Neurologist's in which we had visited recently. It is not her fault. She honestly is not realizing the major memory problems and confusion which I, and my entire family are noticing. I am so, so worried, and feel guilty that I am not providing mom with the help which may temporarily curb this devastating disease.
