Living long distance

Good Afternoon All, I have a few questions and need a few ideas. My mom has not been officially diagnosed with Alzheimers or Dimentia. I live in a different state that she does. My father passed away suddenly in January, 2023 and since then things have been getting worse. We (my sister, who lives in the same city, and I) have spoken with her regarding getting a memory test, but she refuses to do so. She continually says that everyone has told her to wait one year before she does anything, our family understands that this is in regards to moving, financial decisions etc. She continues to use this discussion, when a medical test has really nothing to do with the one year thing.
We don't know what to do. If anyone has any suggestions, please contact me.

there is medication to help slow the progression, so she really should take the test. Ask her to please do it for you
