Early Alzhemer's diagnosis.

I am 67 and was diagnosed about 2 years ago. I took early retirement. I am on Leqambi and Aricept and also have the APOE for witch I have M/RIs after each 4th infusion. My neurologist has told me a new infusion will be available in a few months that you can inject at home. I am struggling with isolation since I no longer drive. I live in Del Mar. Has anyone experienced this? Thank you.
