mom will not sleep

Any suggests on helping mom get to sleep

    Hello, I give my mom 10mg of Melatonin before bed time. It's not perfect, but it does help a little bit. Also my mom likes to watch UFC before bed. LOL. So I try to have the same routine everyday. And NO CAFFEINE at least 4-5 hours before bed. I usually hide the Pepsi! I hope this might help and "one day at a time." God bless you.
