Hygiene for my "late stage alzheimer's Spouse who must be changed in a bed

My granddaughter and I had been changing my incontinent spouse and using a potty until recently. We would transfer her from a wheelchair to a walker, change her diaper as she was standing up and then place her back into wheelchair. She can no longer stand up so we are changing her in her bed in the morning when she wakes up and throughout the day.. Can you provide me with tips on how to do this and what steps you are taking to insure proper hygiene.
Thanks.
