Hello! 
My name is Grace and I am a high school senior.  Over the past year and a half, I have done immense research on dementia and caregivers. My goal is to determine how playing music for dementia patients benefits the caregiver mentally. If you are a caregiver, please take a moment to fill this survey out. It will take around 10 minutes and you will be asked questions about yourself, your patient, music, and mental health. No identifiable information will be collected and all data will be stored confidentiality. It would be a tremendous help to my research process.
