Mom has Alzheimer’s

I am new here. My mom is 70 and is in stage 6/7. We bought a huge home with my parents to take care of her. The problem now is she gets so aggressive when it is time to take her to batgroom, shower. We touched her she gets so mad. I am not sure how to handle the aggression. She is taking calm medication over the counter. The Dr will not prescribe anything stronger. I am looking for support and how to handle this aggression.
