My 64 y.o. husband and I have been married 15 years. He told me before we married that he has had multiple traumatic brain injuries which caused him to have seizures, but they were controlled by medication. He has never had one since we married, but instead he would occasionally have angry outbursts that came from nowhere and were unexplainable. Fast forward to now, his anger is always at a slow steady burn and the outbursts are frequent and sometimes terrifying.

He has never hit me, but I truly wonder if it will one day come to that. I am the breadwinner and caregiver. He still works part time and owns his own fitness machine repair company (which is causing enormous amounts of stress).

I guess I just need to vent. I feel alone and afraid when I am home- it's hard to relax as he is always angry about someone or something and I feel like his emotional garbage can.

I feel trapped sometimes and today is one of them as he BLEW up two days ago and it was ugly.
