Mother agitation

I'm new here jst got the name of the site from my mom's Dr today my mom has been getting uti alot more due to not wanting to drink enough when my step dad not home telling her too or me and I also caught her dumping drinks out that she saying she drinking anybody have any ideas how to help with this

    I'm also new here, my daughter introduced me to this site yesterday. My mom has been living with me since feb. of this year. I remarried about 5 years ago and within the past 3 years we've notice her changing. This year she's been declining more. I am an only child so this has been really hard I'm struggling for answers and advice.
