Hello everyone. I literally became a caregiver overnight on a very short notice. My brothers and sisters in law all pretty much "washed their hands" and decided that mother in law with Alzheimer's come live with us. She is living with us since February. The nightmares are beginning to happen as she is becoming increasingly anxious, pacing uncontrollably, wants to go home, anger outbursts.
I am having a hard time dealing with her and I am afraid not to lose my mind myself. What am new here and I am looking for suggestions. Thank you.
