Nursing Home Updates

They just called me to discuss their qtrly updates on my mom's care. they wanted to verify that my mom has a DNR and DNI orders and to see if i have made funeral arrangements since they don't have a place at the nursing home to place my mom even temporarily when she passes. i told them yes but then enquired is there a reason they're asking now. has my mom made a turn for the worse? to which they quickly said, "oh, no, no…" but they always say that, right? she's eating 70-100% so it's not that. i don't know. Do I have a reason for concern? Also, they reduced her anti-depressant meds approx. 2 mos ago and let me know today that the psychiatrist decided to take her off of it for good as it is no longer needed. the nurse said that's a good thing and I guess it is because I'd rather have that then they having to increase it due to increased agitation which leads to the danger of over-medicating so… but anyone has additional thoughts in this?
