My husband is 50 and was diagnosed with vascular dementia a couple of years ago. We have 3 young children. This is my first time reaching out to anyone for support or just to vent but I think its time to do a little self-care.

DH = Dear Husband
DW= Dear Wife, Darling Wife
LO = Loved One
ES = Early Stage
EO = Early Onset
FTD = Frontotemporal Dementia
VD = Vascular Dementia
MC = Memory Care
AL = Assisted Living
POA = Power of Attorney
