Keeping them engaged

My DH was diagnosed with AD last year. Only hobby he has ever had was fishing. He stopped about 4 years ago. I have been unable to get him interested or engaged in anything else. He hates puzzles, games, art. He stopped riding his bike and no longer wants to take walks. I am looking for suggestions.
