POA: Question about the document

Hello.  I have POA for my Mom who has dementia.  I am now pursuing POA for my brother who has early onset Alz.  My other brother and I are a team for their care but I have POA as being an "administrator" is a strength of mine.

On the Durable POA form there is a place after the list of powers being assigned that says "

  ON THE FOLLOWING LINES YOU MAY GIVE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS LIMITING OR EXTENDING THE POWERS GRANTED TO YOUR AGENT."

I am just wondering if anyone has added a limitation/extension in this portion of the POA that we are not thinking of.

    I would not limit the POA in any way, as your loved one will soon not be able to make ANY legal, financial, or medical decisions. 

    Others may give further insight.
