Belgian waffles bring tears

My grandson and I made Belgian waffles for his mommy for Mother's Day breakfast. The waffle maker and the "secret" recipe were my uncle's. 

I cried as I shared memories of my uncle to my grandson. 

Today I'm not okay.

    This grief is quite a process and I am hoping you are being gentle with yourself.

    Thank you for sharing. I am not okay today. I have no idea what triggered my deep sadness. It is almost debilitating.
