    My eldest and I were voicing some frustration at the platitudes we have been told about self care. This kid made a Bingo card as a way to help us smile and it was too funny not to share.

    In all seriousness please do whatever you need to to take care of yourself, including laugh.

      This came about after I ended up in the ER with some chest pain. 90% sure that it is stress and anxiety, but since I have a history of a stent my clinic would not see me until cleared through the ER. I understand the reasoning, but the process is maddening.

      I was venting to my kid about this and we got on a tangent of the things we had been told in the past. I thought the conversation was done but then they sent me the bingo card they made. I shared this with my in person support group today and it provided a much needed spot of levity
