This is in regards to your son, who is looking for his own apt. I saw online about an opportunity to invest in a group home for adults who need a sheltered living space. The rent is paid by the government since they are disabled. I had considered this years ago but decided against it. Could this be an opportunity for you, to buy a house and have your son and some other adults live in it?

Ed, the concept is investing in shared housing. Apparently there are a few sites about it. I sent you a private message about the name of the website that I first heard about this.
