    Hi,

    How often do you take your parent to the neurologist. I don't see the need since his PC is a geriatrician and can handle his meds. What would be the need? Am I doing the wrong thing?

      I don't think you're doing the wrong thing at all. While some folks may need a neurologist for diagnosis, ours was done entirely through our PCP. Until they have more to offer therapeutically, I agree with you that I don't see the point.....there have been earlier discussions of this issue, and I think there are differing opinions. but if you're good with what you have, i don't think you're losing anything by not going.
