Seemed to have found myself a quiet time.

My DW will shadow me everwhere but not only that she will never just be quiet and constantly is demanding my attention. I can't have a quiet moment.

I've found when in my home office and at the computer she will sit just behind me but hardly ever makes a sound. She will just nod off for hours, talking in her sleep a tiny bit but is relatively quiet the entire time. Not to say she won't change and sometimes she gets bored and wants me to quit but I'll take this little bit of refuge. My office at work is a different story. She used to nod off there and remain quiet but began getting emotional to the point I had to just take her home.

Peace and quiet is a commodity around here. : )

Thank goodness. It sounds like even this limited time is a balm to your spirit. So happy for you.

I have a shadow too. My DH goes everywhere I am in the house. It interferes with anything I need to do because of all the questions-where does this go?etc. I feel for you. I really want to learn how to be patient and kind. Any suggestions?
