Ted talk about living well with Alzheimer’s

I am posting this as I await a follow-up in a few weeks with my neurologist regarding my MRI. Watching this boosted my spirits.

This is an inspiring talk by Rebecca Chopp, PhD, a retired college president and religion scholar, about how she crafts a vital life after being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. While Dr Chopp is an exceptional person, and you can think, well I can’t do that, you can tailor her approach to create your way to live with Alzheimer’s.

You can preorder her book on Amazon “Still Me: Accepting Alzheimer’s without Losing Yourself,” by Rebecca Chopp, PhD
