For those who knew about my difficulties on having my mom sign the POA papers, well, finally she did it! I am so relieved.

    I had the papers notarized and made copies. My nephew is the agent for financial POA with my sister as successor. Both my nephew and I have joint medical POA and updated the advanced directives. My nephew is also the sole beneficiary.
