While I have found this site very helpful I have also searched You Tube and found several other very informative sites for caregivers like myself and loved ones that others may find helpful.

I found Answers About Alzheimers on You Tube and a very informative and helpful book Forget Me Not by Debra Kostiw.

Using the suggestion in this book it has helped me and my partner tremendously with communication and cut down on the outbursts and frustrations.

I have to educate myself so I can be a better caretaker and partner. I just wanted to share this with others who may be searching to move past acceptance and striving to live their best lives.
