Trigger warnings

Hi all, yesterday my LO with stage 4-5 received a late payment bill and spent 3 hours going through his papers and swearing he paid the bill even when there had been no check written or recorded. I have taken over ALL the bills except that one😝it was 3 hours of cussing, going back and forth to the mailbox. Finally at 10 PM I said goodnight . So now I know he has no concept of paying any bill. Guess it’s good to learn the triggers and stop them before they happen. He gets the mail and I find it all over the house unopened. Somedays are better than others, yesterday was not a good one, hugs and strength, Sandi

Mail should be diverted from the LO’s before it gets to them. All the mail was a source of anxiety for my mom even early on.

Turning off the ringer can be a big help with phones. Or, a lot of phones can be set to ring only when the caller is on the contacts list.
