6th infusion

in I Am Living With Younger Onset Alzheimer's

Today was # six Leqembi infusion. So far so good! Although I do have a headache and feel exhausted. I'm scheduled for a second MRI this Friday. My husband keeps reassuring me I'm doing so good and how strong I am, but I don't feel strong. I guess I'm just having a bad day. (pity party for one) anyone else out there experiencing that? Some days I feel like I can't do this, others I'm kicking butt. Round and round it goes. I'm aware this treatment isn't a cure, just hoping it gives me more time as me as I am now.

    The fact that you have a supportive husband by your side is wonderful. That is something so many people don't have or receive, support. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, has up and down days - days with energy and low energy days. Focus on the energy days and go from there.

    Your doing great, getting care and have support, all of which is awesome.
