Happy Holiday season to everyone celebrating everything.

My therapist recommended this book and I found it super useful: Doing the Right Thing: Taking Care of Your Elderly Parents, Even If They Didn't Take Care of You:

    I kept trying to post a link and gave up.

    Anyway the book is what is titled above, By Roberta Satow. My phone won’t let me post the links, so I’ll try to attach the screen shot. It’s amazing and has helped me so much.
