Infusion tomorrow

After much discussion regarding the risks, my husband decided he wanted to do the Leqembi infusions. It has taken a month but we finally found an infusion center that accepts our secondary insurance. Tomorrow is his first infusion. I know he’s nervous and so am I. The side effects are super scary, but through our friends and their friends, we know of several people that are currently in treatment and doing fine. Praying that this is the right decision and that no problems arise. Thanks for listening.

    1 down, 13 to go. Today was my husband’s 1st infusion. It went really well. The nurses were fantastic and made my husband feel comfortable with what was going on. He will have an MRI after the 4, 6 and 13 treatment to check for side effects. Continuing to pray for no side effects!

    I'm about a year into Lequembi infusions and they have slowed my progression significantly. I still get a little tired after them, but im so happy I decided to go for it. 💜
