Please tell me how to contact the alz hot line I realize I need help, sooner than later. Thanks
Do I have to talk to them on the phone can I just text bi don't want him to hear me and I live in a one room apt

Eloise, another safety resource could be to call the non-emergency line for your local police or sheriff. When you can speak freely, explain to them his medical situation and the concerns you have. They will note your calls and should you need to call 911 for emergency help, they will be informed about his capabilities. In our county there is an app to use for this.
Additionally, when he is having a bad day, in a rage, acting out….if you can record video and audio of this it could be helpful to substantiate the danger of his behavior.

I called the help line and they gave me were not able to address my issues They told me that I absolutely must take him home from the hospital if the discharge him, but In all the other discussed I have read thru day just the opposite And that the hospital has resources to help in these situations

If your husband has Medicare, you can always refuse to have him discharged. That is a part of the "The Patients' Bill of Rights" and can be found posted on the wall of every hospital.
Legally, they can not kick him out.
