Thank you all who had time to listen

I just want to say thank you to all of you who listened to me earlier in the year, as a new caregiver, to my husband who was diagnosed with HF and Vascular dementia in January 2025. He passed away on Friday, 11/28/205, peacefully. The dementia took it's full course and not the HF. He blew through Stage 3 to Stage 7 in 8 months and I was told by the Hospice Nurse Practitioner that he had a rapid mental decline. The good news is that he did not suffer to long, the smell of death never happened as the Lord just came and took him. He defied all textbook modeling. His started in the brain and only lasted about an hour or so.

So sorry for what must seem a shockingly fast decline. May you and yours know His comfort and peace during this time.

So sorry for your loss. So glad he did not suffer. This disease in all its forms chooses its own path and usually different for each one. Your loved one's path was quite fast but the blessing is in the peaceful way in which he feel asleep in the hands of the Lord.
