I got sick over the weekend, turned out to be slight case of pneumonia, all I needed was some nyquil right. My one son was in Michigan, other son at work and lives 30 mins away. I truly felt alone. I did teach myself how to use doordash. Sounds silly but I had never used it before. I guess what I'm saying is we will survive.

if you’ve never used shipt or instacart they are lifesavers for grocery delivery. You pay a little more but it’s worth it when you don’t have the energy or just don’t want to deal with it. I think you actually save by not impulse buying also.

so sorry you’re sick. Take care of yourself. Hope you feel better fast. Shows why it’s important to have a plan in place in case something happens.

Ha ha well done using door dash I’ve never used it and I have only just discovered MacDonald’s drive through. Didn’t need it before did I, now it’s drive through get two large strawberry milk shakes and drive to the marina. How come I didn’t know this was available and so good. No getting out of the car, no people to deal with all good. It’s a life of discovery!!

In our area, local grocery stores provide their own delivery services separate from Door Dash or similar services. Look into this.
