      I don't at all want to get in to politics, but when I saw the proposal to invest $400 billion in caregiving it gave me hope. There are so many people out here sacrificing everything to care for their loved ones, I hope that somehow it can get just a bit easier. Of course at the cost per hour of in-home caregivers, $400 billion won't last long
