My uncle has been helping with my aunts Alzheimers disease for several years.  My aunt is now in full time care at a facility.  He has some support but knows it would be helpful to talk to a man that has gone, or is going, through the loss and grief he is and has.  He recognizes the benefit to sharing with and supporting others.  He has gone to groups but most have mothers or other types of relationships, which is somewhat different than talking with another man serving and caring for his wife.  You can reach me at: [email protected].
