I am looking for an attorney to represent my grandmother in a malpractice suit. I just recently found that my grandmother was abused and neglected in a nursing facility.
She acquired fractured hips, ulcers on the top bottom and sides of her feet and a stage 4 pressure wound on her backside. The wound is so deep I can see her backbone. She also contracted cdiff, extreme dehydration, kidney failure.

This is so awful. Did you already report this to Texas Dept of Aging and the US Dept of Health and Human Services (Medicare)? They regulate and inspect nursing homes and will investigate your complaint and take necessary actions to correct the problems and protect others. When looking for a new nursing home, you can check for past complaints and read the details (no patient names).0
