GOOD MEDICINE

GOD THOUGHT: Proverbs 17:22 NIV
“A cheerful heart is good medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”

VICTORY SHOUT: Cheerful thoughts! Healthy spirit!
*
POWER PRAYER: Holy Spirit, enable me to throw out sad, fear thoughts and replace with cheerful, courage thoughts.
*
The above verse is never more needed than when we are caregivers. While I took care of both my parents for 9 years, often I felt the Lord reminded I could have a more cheerful attitude if I threw out negative thinking and replaced with the positive.
