Excellent, thanks. Also thanks for letting me know about these videos and this excellent doctor, Natali Edmonds. Of course, to me she seems so very young to be so wise and talented.

Elaine, I'm glad you liked it. She also sponsors a caregiver forum on facebook. That forum has a LOT of members.0

That was terrific, thanks for sharing.0

Thanks Ed, that was very good. Elaine she does seem young--but there comes a point when we all need docs, and then there's another point when you need your docs to be younger than you are! I have passed both those points....!!0

Ed, Thanks for sharing this. I watched yesterday at work and tried to apply it when I got home. I will say is was not the easiest thing to do, but I can see where adjusting my actions and reactions could make a world of difference. I even went back and watched it again today, and will do so until it becomes natural.

I'm glad you all found it worthwhile. There are a lot of good videos if we can just find them.0

Ed,
Still trying, darn it's hard for it to come naturally. I will keep at it, I know it does make a difference. He wants me to put the humming bird feeder out, he says he sees them coming by. We are in the mid-Atlantic area. The birds have flown south long ago. He said they fly south from New England to our area to winter over. Going to hang the plastic one out, the glass one would surly break in a freeze. Breathe, breathe, breathe....0 -

But when we finally get it, the payoff is pretty big.
