Hello all,

It has been nine months since my mom passed away from Alzheimer's. Today I had a reference  call for one of the incredible caregivers who helped me keep her at home with us, and it reminded me of all we went through together taking care of my mom to keep her at home with us.

Mostly, what I want to convey is how much this board supported me when I felt alone. Since mom's passing, it's taken me awhile to get my own health back as it really takes a toll on the caregiver, so please take care of yourself, too, especially during these tough pandemic times. 

Stay well and safe everyone, and hang in there. You are doing an amazing job and having this board is such a great resource. Take care.
