 "Turn away from evil and do good;

strive for peace with all your heart."

 

me:  Peace between friends, family, and all people sometimes does not come easily.This is especially true in caregiver situations. Very often we do not know what to think, say, or do when new problems come along.  Also, sometimes no matter what we decide is not accepted by others as the right thing. So we question our motives and our decisions. And how in the world do we actually keep the peace?  Actually, sometimes no matter how hard we try, we can't. 

 

I suggest prayer, lots and lots of prayers at all times. The Lord will guide our thoughts, our decisions and our words.  He will show us how to encourage peace. Our God is all-wise, all-powerful and all-loving so we can count on His help. And we can continue to work for peace even if those around us do not.
