My grandma cannot stop singing and refuse eating and drinking

Since last month, my grandmother became obsessed with singing.
One day, suddenly she was aggregated and scared of something. There were a few days which were okay. However, now she sings nonsense almost whenever she is awake.

The song is made up of her favourite song, her speech, and counting numbers.

The first few minutes after she gets up are fine. However, once she involves in some activities - dressing and meals, she starts singing and cannot stop. As she is too obsessed with singing, she can't have enough nutrition and water. I wonder if this singing is okay to leave as it is.
In the past few weeks, her loud voice drove me nuts, but now I am anxious that this singing may deteriorate her health. I am also sad that I cannot communicate with her anymore.
I post for the first time here.

Welcome to the forum caregiver. There are medications that might help, can you check with her doctors? Where are your parents in all this?

    Thank you for your reply.

Her condition improved after increasing the dose of medicine.

Today, my aunt and I were delighted to take her for a walk as her condition was calm.

I don't know how long this could continue, but I'll treasure every moment with her.
