Free On-Line Activities

Does anyone know of any free on-line activities that people with EOA can join?  Things to do to keep your mind sharp and focused?  Thank you.

Hello Andree.  There is an online website that has brain games, but I can't remember the name.

My neurologist recommended PositScience, which is a scientific computer program.  I did the exercises at an adult school, under the direction of a state-licensed teacher.  It was instrumental for me in "wakening up" my brain.  Keep in mind that I do not have Alzheimer's Disease, but another neurocognitive disease pathology.

I make my own brain exercises.  I focus on performing the steps involved in my daily activities.  In the beginning, I read that what is "overlearned" is remembered longer.  I aim to overlearn my daily activities.  I also write down my steps for when I might forget.

    How are you doing, Andree?

    Iris
