me:  O.K. so I failed today. I think it is safe to assume we all do and more often than we would like.  We have two choices:  One, keep dwelling on the failure and get depressed?  Or two, find a new way to succeed, and keep trying to do better?  I hate being discouraged and depressed so my choice is number two.  How about you?

Sis, I'm not so sure about that last thought of yours concerning ol' Mickey.  Giving up just is not in the cards for some people, and we should be glad for that.  Consider where our lives might be if Thomas Edison had given up after only 999 tries at constructing a viably effective electric lamp. It's generally accepted that it wasn't until his 1000th try that he found a filament that would last for more than just a few hours.

And finally, where would we be if God himself had decided to give up on his creation as a failure ?

Glory be - there's a light at the end of that there tunnel !
