Searching for a facility in Dayton area

I am new to all this so apologies if this isn’t the right forum for this question.

I don’t know what type of dementia/Alzheimer’s my father has but he has declined rapidly in the last 6 weeks. We went from my mother who is very frail and physically unsteady was able to take care of my father to combative and physically aggressive. We were in the process of moving to memory care and then he fell and hit his head requiring stitches. His medicines have been changed repeatedly over this timeframe. About 14 days ago he was accepted at a facility but today they told us he could not stay because they weren’t able to ensure the safety of the other residents in the facility. We were recommended another more specialized Alzheimer’s facility. But we are struggling to determine if it is a safe good place that will care for him properly. You read the reviews online but who really knows about it.

I am looking for either recommendations of facilities in the Dayton area to handle combative residents or recommendations for sites that can provide a qualified review of a facility.
