    Happy St Patricks Day.  I used to wear some sort of  shamrock ... as a kid.

    Yum!!  I made shamrock shaped sugar cookies. I'm just getting ready to frost them with green icing and gold sprinkles. I'll take them to DH's MC tomorrow.

    Corned beef and cabbage will be on our menu tomorrow, with carrots and onions and potatoes. I love the smell of it simmering away on the stove as much as anything. New England is usually big with St Patrick's Day celebrations but of course that has cut down this year. Lots of good memories of years past (especially our college years), but we'll enjoy the day anyway.
