New Magazine Created for People with Dementia-Related Illness

Hello all -- I've been caring for my Aunt who was diagnosed with EOAD in 2016. She had always been a voracious reader and enjoys magazines. I noticed early on in her illness that traditional magazines were becoming too difficult for her to access, but she would carry them around with her anyways. This wasn't an issue, but I wanted to find something she could engage with at her level that wasn't a child's magazine. I couldn't find anything so I created one. 

It's called Mirador Magazine. Our first issue is online and it's free. I thought I would share it all with you. When my Aunt was first diagnosed, that first year was a whirlwind of confusion and these forums helped me tremendously, even though I never posted myself. This is, hopefully, my way of returning that help.
