My husband is starting on a new med called Rivastigmine patches just wondering if there if any one has had side effects.

Lucy, whenever my wife gets new meds, I go to drugs.com to check for side effects and drug interactions. The site is easy to use. Unfortunately doctors cannot be expected to know every problem with medications, so we have to take the reigns from there. Sometimes people have side effects, but after a few days on the new med, they disappear. If you suspect a side effect, or know of possible interactions or side effects, you should talk to the doctor about it. I have had the doctor change medications because of interactions he wasn't aware of. That was before she actually took it.
