    There are a lot of professionals who post here but not in their "professional" capacity.

    The members who post here are "professionals" in caregiving for PWDs.  In my experience, they know more than the people with degrees and who charged me a lot of money.

    Hi Silver, welcome to the boards! There is an 800 number you can call. You can speak with professional counselors who are trained in dementia care. It’s a service that’s free of charge. I hope this helps.

    We still have a few Peer Volunteers whose experience is broad and deep. Unfortunately, when they have to leave the boards, they are not replaced by forum management.  If you are referring to website technical support, there is little of that.
